ribsAt J.T. Hannah’s, we pride ourselves on providing our customers with some of the best steaks in the area! We offer unique cuts of meat with one-of-a-kind flavors that will leave you coming back for more. Try our Tennessee T-Rex hand-cut ribeye covered in peppers, mushrooms, onions and fajita steak butter. We also recommend our Hawaiian Ribeye and Grilled Sirloin. We are known for our famous Slow Cooked St. Louis Ribs, which come dressed in our own unique spice blend, served with baked beans and creamy coleslaw. Whatever steak you decide to go with, we guarantee you won’t be disappointed!

3. Our Rich History

Our entire Pigeon Forge restaurant pays homage to the master of good food and good times – J.T. Hannah. As a prosperous businessman who owned the largest freight warehouse and stockyards in East Tennessee, Hannah had a large labor force working for his Smoky Mountain company. Hannah hired the best cooks around to prepare the best meals for his labor force. Eventually, people began coming from far and wide to try the food and beverage coming from Hannah’s kitchen. So much so that Hannah ended up closing his storerooms and stockyards and opening the doors to his restaurant in 1930. Today, we honor his dedication and spirit by providing you with the best meals and Southern hospitality this side of the Smokies!
