J.T. Hannah’s Kitchen Opening May 13!

Starting May 13, J.T. Hannah’s Welcomes Back Guests in Accordance with CDC and TN Pledge

J.T. Hannah’s is excited to announce that as of May 13, 2020, we are open and ready to welcome you back to our restaurant! We’d like to thank our community in Pigeon Forge, TN, for your continued support during the COVID-19 pandemic. As we reopen our doors for table-side service, we are following the recommendations from the CDC and the Tennessee Pledge to provide safe conditions for our employees and guests. Things may be a little bit different for the time being, but if we stick together, we can carefully and quickly move towards a healthier future.

What to Expect

Limited Seating

We are reopening our dining room at half capacity in accordance with the guidelines outlined in the Tennessee Pledge. And, in order to meet social distancing standards, we are limiting seating to no more than six guests per table and spacing tables at least six feet apart. We realize that wait times may be affected by these measures, so we appreciate your patience as we all band together to combat the spread of COVID-19.

Extra Precautions

During this time period, you may notice our employees taking extra precautions to keep everyone healthy. Each employee will be properly screened each day before starting work, and while working, employees will wear protective gloves and face coverings at all times.

J.T. Hannah’s is always committed to maintaining a clean environment. Now, we will take extra care to sanitize all surfaces, menus, tabletop items and chairs in between each use.

Curbside Service

We understand that this is still an uncertain time and many will continue to stay at home. For your health and convenience, we will offer Curbside To-Go service! This is an excellent way to enjoy your favorite dishes and drinks from J.T. Hannah’s while minimizing social contact. Simply place your order by calling 865-428-4200, then drive right up to the curb. One of our team members will come out to your vehicle to take care of payment and deliver your order to you!
